RULES

All the dos and don'ts

Our world-class recreational facility is a place for everyone to experience the joys of sport and recreation in the outdoors.
Following these rules will help us do that.

LEAVE THE NATURE ALONE

We are stewards of the land and guests in this environment. Deer, hogs, bobcats, porcupines, ring-tails, raccoons, road-runners, and untold numbers of birds, lizards, and amphibians call this park home. They eat, sleep, and live here. Remember that we are guests.

Do not approach, chase, catch, touch, feed, or harass wildlife you encounter. Feel free to take a picture or just watch them and enjoy their beauty.

OUR TREES ARE SACRED

We love our trees. Some of these trees are hundreds of years old and have been here far longer than you & I. Remember that these trees are one of the best features of our park and provide the critical shade canopy that keeps us cool in the warmer months!

Do not cut down trees. Do not cut branches. Do not break branches or clear new trails. Never cut tree bark or carve your initials in a tree.

HELMET REQUIRED

Every mountain biker must wear a helmet. If you're on the seat, you need a helmet on your head. this rule applies to riders of all ages and skill levels and applies to everyone whether it is a relaxing ride around our green trails or a rip down one of our double black diamond features. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Riding without a helmet will get you booted from the park. Even worse, it could result in injury and even death. That's why we don't allow it.

BE KIND

Outdoor recreation is all about community. Connection to one another is as important as connection to the nature we love so much.

Be kind. Be courteous. Practice good trail etiquette.

No bullying, abuse, harassment, aggressive language, or intimidation.

KEEP IT CLEAN

We all love the natural areas to stay as pristine as possible. Let's keep our little piece of heaven that way.

Pack it in, pack it out. Leave no trace. Place trash in trash cans and nowhere else.

CHALLENGE YOURSELF

When you come to the park you may find some features that intimidate you... Don't let that stop you from trying something new. We encourage you to test your limits, push the boundaries, and see just how good you can be.

If there's something you want to try, but don't know how, please ask us and we'll show you. We have experienced instructors who love to teach.
